Fornt and Rear Door Baler Fiber Baler DM80

The front and rear door baler, also known as the double-door baler, is a packaging equipment specially designed for special flexible materials such as textiles, cotton and fibers. The double-door structure design can realize convenient strapping and bale ejection operations after compression, effectively improving the efficiency and standardization of packaging special materials, and adapting to the batch packaging needs of various flexible materials.

The 80Ton baling machine produces bales with bale size 1000*500*500-1000mm, bale weight approximately 120KG of coir fiber bales.  The compression ratio is about 12:1, fundamentally solving the space challenges of coir fiber storage and transportation. The equipment is highly versatile and can efficiently process various flexible fibrous materials besides coconut fiber, including palm fiber, abaca fiber, and jute fiber.
